I have to repair some rockwork that is in salt water, about 59 degrees. Patching with Epoxy is a good option for smaller areas, but what about a larger surface area, irregular, more like an irregular wall about 4' long and 3' high, two sided. Can it be covered or encased? The original rock is flaking and powdering.
